A mum couldn’t believe her eyes when she spotted what looked like a penis on a toy teapot she had bought for her toddler.
Flora Cox ordered the £17 Kizplays kitchen set from Amazon, hoping her daughter Ellen, two, would enjoy playing with the pots and pans. But the play set also included a flesh-coloured teapot – and when Ellen’s gran visited, something instantly caught her eye.
Flora, 35, said: "I hadn’t even noticed it but my mum took one look at this teapot and said, 'Oh my god, that looks exactly like a knob.'

"It was one of those things where once you see it, you can’t unsee it. And the fact that it’s a kind of fleshy colour doesn’t help.
"The resemblance is even stronger when there’s water coming out of it."
And it is even worse as a little bobble looks like a nipple. Flora, from Hinckley, Leics, added: "The teapot becomes a boob with a knob sticking out of it.
