An OnlyFans star whose partner was arrested for his part in an apparent hotel lobby brawl while dressed as the Grinch at Christmas has said the charges against him were dropped as the pair were headed to court.
Michigan cops were called to a Traverse City hotel over the festive period and found two men from a local oil and gas equipment company in an apparent brawl in the lobby.
Police arrested the Grinch, AKA Tucker Lee Davis, 30, while the reindeer Ryan Jones, also 30, was arrested but not charged.

Davis' partner Olivia Cook said the two lads weren't fighting but were in fact mates. She claimed Mr Jones was trying to eject her fiancé from an argument that broke out in the bar and led into the lobby.
And, offering an update earlier this week, she tweeted a link to the Daily Star's previous story about the debacle and wrote: "Now that the charges are dropped and I can actually think about this without my chest constricting, this is truly the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen about myself."
She then told the Star that she and her partner were on the way to courthouse when the charges were dropped.
"Thankfully the charges were dropped. We were on our way to the courthouse prepared to take our case to trial when we got the call saying it was being dismissed altogether," Ms Cook said.
Ms Cook previously explained to the Daily Star what happened that night, saying that the duo knocked over a table when Mr Jones was pulling Mr Davis away from the argument.
"In doing so, they accidentally knocked over a table with some decorations on it. The security guard who had been in the lobby, saw the two men topple over and wrongfully assumed a fight was breaking out," she said.
Ms Cook claims she was "assaulted" by security as they tried to get to her partner, as the pair headed for their room in the hotel.
She claimed he "yanked me to the floor in an attempt to get to my fiancé".
She added Mr Davis leapt to her defence, leading to his arrest.

Ms Cook then hit out at Hotel Indigo for a "crazy" Instagram post where they staged a fake fight between a person dressed up as a Grinch and a female member of staff.
"I was assaulted in that hotel and not only did they cover it up, they turned it into a complete joke on the abuse of a woman," Ms Cook said, adding the saga had "taken a mental toll on me".
She added: "I’ve had to see story after story about this unhinged Grinch who came to steal Christmas, when he actually has the biggest heart I’ve ever known and was only trying to protect the people that he loves."
