{"id":118976,"date":"2023-09-13T14:49:44","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T14:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uklevitrasupport.com\/?p=118976"},"modified":"2023-09-13T14:49:44","modified_gmt":"2023-09-13T14:49:44","slug":"real-life-cat-burglar-klepto-kitty-caught-on-cctv-with-knife-in-her-mouth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uklevitrasupport.com\/world-news\/real-life-cat-burglar-klepto-kitty-caught-on-cctv-with-knife-in-her-mouth\/","title":{"rendered":"Real-life cat burglar &#8216;Klepto Kitty&#8217; caught on CCTV with knife in her mouth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A real-life cat burglar has been caught on CCTV carrying her stolen haul through the cat flap.<\/p>\n<p>The four-year-old Maine Coon has been dubbed the \u2018Klepto Kitty\u2019 after her owner began sharing footage of her crimes on TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>The cat, whose name is Gingee, is guilty of ransacking and raiding her neighbour&apos;s homes in Buckley, North Wales.<\/p>\n<p><b> READ MORE: Monkey checks himself into hospital three times and is treated by shocked medics <\/b><\/p>\n<p>One night the prolific thief was caught red-handed with a stolen kitchen knife in her mouth \u2013 which she then delivered to her sleeping owner&apos;s bed.<\/p>\n<p>Owners Jay Phoenix, 43 and Mathew Westlake-Toms, 31, were fast asleep when the sneaky feline dropped the blade onto them.<\/p>\n<p>Other stolen goods include the spade from a child&apos;s sandpit, a kitchen sieve, Sellotape, scissors and someone&apos;s goggles, according to the BBC.<\/p>\n<p>Jay explained that Gingee\u2019s criminal career all began a few months ago when his partner noticed items around their house going missing.<\/p>\n<p>But Gingee wasn\u2019t happy with her little hoard and began branching out for greater treasures.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30933075.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Gingee_with_owner_Jay_Phoenixjp.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30930480.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_MAIN-mix.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Woman who couldn\u2019t find the perfect &apos;wolf&apos; dog solves problem by inventing her own breed<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&quot;We found football cones for training,\u201d Jay told the publication.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe&apos;s coming through the cat flap all the time, the cones were quite flexible even though there were really big and some of the footage you can see is just ridiculous. You don&apos;t think it would ever fit.
